§ 76560 Commercial Salmon Fishery Receivers

“Receiver” means any individual licensed or working for a partnership, corporation, or any other business unit or organization licensed pursuant to Section 8033 of the Fish and Game Code and engaged in the California commercial salmon fishery. (Added by Stats. 1988, Ch. 1500, Sec. 1.)
