§ 76535 Commercial Salmon Fishery Handlers

“Handler” means any of the following: (a) A processor. (b) A receiver. (c) A wholesaler. (d) An exporter. (e) An individual licensed or working for a partnership, corporation, or any other business unit or organization licensed pursuant to subdivision (a) of Section 8032 of the Fish and Game Code and engaged in the California commercial salmon fishery.
