§ 75523 Apple Producer Definition

“Producer” means any person who is engaged in the business of producing, or causing to be produced, apples for market, and who, upon request of the commission, provides proof of commodity sale. (Amended by Stats. 1994, Ch. 69, Sec. 10. Effective May 9, 1994.)
