§ 74732 Judicial Relief For Noncompliance

Key Takeaways

  • •If someone in charge doesn't follow the rules they were given in writing, they can be taken to court.
  • •The court can stop them from doing something wrong right away or make them stop forever.
  • •This is about making sure people follow the rules they were told to follow.

Example

Imagine a boss at work was told in writing to fix a broken machine that could hurt workers, but they didn’t do it.

Someone could take the boss to court, and the court could order the boss to fix the machine right away or stop using it until it’s safe.
