§ 74527 Winegrape Producer Definition

“Producer” and “grower” are synonymous and mean any person who produced winegrapes in the preceding marketing season. Producer also includes any person who receives winegrapes as payment for the use of his or her property in the production of winegrapes. (Added by Stats. 1986, Ch. 1287, Sec. 3.)
