§ 73121 Director Concurrence Deadline

When a decision of the commission requires the concurrence of the director, he or she shall indicate his or her response, in writing, to the commission within 15 working days from notification of the decision. (Added by Stats. 1983, Ch. 494, Sec. 1. Effective July 28, 1983.)
