§ 65604 Shipper Assessment Payment Rules

All assessments imposed by this chapter shall be due and payable and shall be paid to the commission by each shipper. The commission shall, by rule or regulations, prescribe the time and method of payment thereof. (Added by Stats. 1967, Ch. 1467.)
