§ 64155 Council Financial Records Access

If the council spends money to fix a park, they must write down exactly how much they spent and what they bought.

The council can't hide how they spend money. If they buy new swings for the park, they have to record the cost, and the department can look at those records to make sure the money was spent the right way.
