§ 6286 District Dissolution Filing

The board of supervisors shall cause a certified copy of the resolution to be recorded in the office of the county recorder and shall file a certified copy of the same with the Secretary of State. Thereupon, the district is dissolved for all purposes. (Added by Stats. 1993, Ch. 1078, Sec. 1. Effective October 11, 1993.)
