§ 62141 Handler License Requirements

• •Every person or company that handles milk needs a license.
• •If a company has more than one place where they handle milk, each place needs its own license.
• •It doesn’t matter if one company owns all the places—they still need separate licenses for each.

A big company owns three different factories where they process milk.

Even though the same company owns all three factories, each factory must have its own license to handle milk. They can’t just get one license for all of them.
