§ 53422 Nursery Stock Movement Restrictions

It is unlawful for any person to move or otherwise dispose of any lot of nursery stock which is held under a warning tag or notice except with the permission of the director or the commissioner and for the purpose specified. (Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
