§ 52961 Enforcement Of Chapter Provisions

The secretary, and the commissioner of each county acting under the secretary’s supervision, shall enforce this chapter and carry out its provisions and requirements. (Amended by Stats. 1995, Ch. 136, Sec. 29. Effective January 1, 1996. Conditionally inoperative on January 1, 2014, as prescribed in Section 52991.)
