§ 52866 Cottonseed Delintering Definition

“Delinter” means any person who, by any means or method, causes the short fibers to be removed from the seed coat of cottonseed. (Added by Stats. 1987, Ch. 161, Sec. 6. Effective July 15, 1987. Conditionally inoperative on January 1, 2014, as prescribed in Section 52991.)
