§ 52393 Seed Sale Order Appeals

The owner or custodian of seed which is held under a “stop sale” order shall, upon demand, have the right to a hearing before the director or the commissioner as to the justification of any such order, and may appeal to the director from any order of the commissioner made under the provisions of this article. (Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
