§ 42801 Industry-Funded Standardization Program

Notwithstanding any other provision of this division, the director shall create an industry-funded standardization program for the purposes of implementing and enforcing this division. (Added by Stats. 1992, Ch. 76, Sec. 1. Effective June 3, 1992.)
