§ 41756 Garlic Onion Inspection Termination

Key Takeaways

  • •The boss can stop checking garlic and onions at a place if it saves money and still does the job well.
  • •Stopping checks shouldn’t make life hard for farmers or the people who dry the garlic and onions.
  • •Farmers shouldn’t have to drive too far to get their garlic or onions checked somewhere else.

Example

A small inspection station in a farming town checks garlic and onions, but not many farmers use it anymore.

The boss can close this station if it saves money, doesn’t hurt the farmers, and they can easily drive to the next closest station without going too far.
