§ 40782 Tomato Processing Violations Enforcement

The director may cause the prosecution of any person violating any provision of this chapter, and may seize and hold the portion of any lot or load of tomatoes for processing purposes involved in a violation as may, in his or her judgment, be necessary as evidence.
