§ 34504 Milk Case Definition

“Milk case” means a rigid, reusable container for packing and transporting or delivering cartons, bottles, jugs, or any other form of packaged milk or milk products. “Container,” as used in this chapter, includes a “milk case.” (Added by Stats. 1981, Ch. 620, Sec. 2.)
