§ 34261 Milk Fat Testing Records

A permanent record in duplicate of every test of milk, cream, or any fluid derivative of milk or cream which is purchased, received, or sold on the basis of the amount of milk fat or the fluid skim milk components or both that is contained in it, shall be made by a licensed tester on a standard form which is in accordance with the specifications for such record which are adopted by, the department. (Amended by Stats. 1969, Ch. 537.)
