§ 33763 Milk Equipment Sterilization Requirements

The utensils and apparatus that come in contact with milk or its products shall be thoroughly washed and afterwards sterilized each time they are used by heating them to a temperature above 200 degrees Fahrenheit, or by a chemical or other sterilization process which has been approved by the director and which is used in the manner established by regulation of the director. (Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
