§ 31682 Dog Enforcement Forms

Key Takeaways

  • •The court makes the forms cops use for dog-related rules.
  • •This law doesn’t change other rules about dogs (like if a dog hurts someone or breaks something).
  • •If a dog causes trouble, the old rules still apply.

Example

A dog bites someone at the park.

The cops will use a special form to write up what happened, but the dog owner can still get in trouble just like before this law.
