§ 29474 Honey Shipment Receipt Requirement

• •If you sign a paper saying you'll deliver honey somewhere, you must give a receipt to the county boss after you drop it off.
• •The receipt must have the name of the person who got the honey and a good description of the honey.
• •You have to do this pretty soon after you get asked for the receipt.

You sign a paper saying you'll take 10 jars of orange blossom honey to a store in another county.

After you drop off the honey, the store owner must sign a receipt saying they got 10 jars of orange blossom honey. You then give that receipt to the county boss to show you did what you promised.
