§ 29309 Apiary Inspector Appointments

Key Takeaways

  • •Some important people (commissioners) can check on bees and beekeeping in the state.
  • •They can also pick other people to help check on bees in their own counties.
  • •The helpers must know what they're doing and follow the rules set by the director.

Example

Imagine your neighbor keeps bees in their backyard.

A commissioner or someone they picked could come check if the bees are healthy and if your neighbor is taking care of them the right way.
