§ 29300 Enforcement Of Chapter

• •The state director is in charge of making sure this law is followed.
• •Each county has a commissioner who helps enforce this law, but they must follow the director's rules.
• •This law was added in 1987 to make sure someone is responsible for enforcing these rules.

The director or the county commissioner will step in to make sure the rules are followed and the problem is fixed.
