§ 21737 Salesyard Relocation Permit

Key Takeaways

  • •If you have a licensed salesyard and want to move it to a new place, you need to get a permit.
  • •You don’t have to pay extra money or get a new bond just to move your salesyard.
  • •The permit is just for changing the address or location, not for anything else.

Example

You own a licensed salesyard where people buy and sell cows, and you want to move it to a bigger spot across town.

You need to ask the bureau for a permit to move your salesyard. You won’t have to pay extra fees or get a new bond just because you’re moving.
