§ 20437 Animal Seizure Time Limits

Any animal, hide, carcass, or portion of a carcass shall not be held pursuant to Section 20435 for more than 30 consecutive days, unless the notice of seizure is renewed by the inspector or peace officer. (Amended by Stats. 2002, Ch. 664, Sec. 85. Effective January 1, 2003.)
