§ 18904 Witness Subpoena Enforcement

Attendance of witnesses, and the production of documentary evidence, may be required at any designated place of hearing. In case of disobedience to a subpoena the director may invoke the aid of any superior court designated in requiring the attendance and testimony of witnesses and the production of documentary evidence. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1970, Ch. 1385.)
