§ 18855 Subpoena Compliance Requirement

It is unlawful for any person to neglect or refuse to attend and testify or to answer any lawful inquiry, or to produce documentary evidence, if such evidence is available to him, in obedience to the subpoena or lawful requirement of the director. (Added by Stats. 1970, Ch. 1385.)
