§ 18844 Poultry Processing Requirements

It is unlawful for any person to sell, transport, offer for sale or transportation, or receive for transportation, in intrastate commerce, or from an official establishment, any slaughtered poultry from which the blood, feathers, feet, head, or viscera have not been removed in accordance with this chapter and regulations promulgated under this chapter. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1970, Ch. 1385.)
