§ 12402 Pesticide Broker Licensing

This law says the director gives a pesticide broker license to anyone who meets the rules, and the license lets them run their business for the years printed on it unless it gets taken away or paused.

Key Takeaways

  • •You must meet the chapter’s requirements to get the license.
  • •The license is only good for the specific calendar years listed on it.
  • •The director can cancel or pause the license at any time.

Example

Jane applies to be a pesticide broker, passes all the requirements, and gets a license that says she can operate in 2024 and 2025.

Jane can sell and arrange pesticide deals during 2024 and 2025, but if the director later revokes or suspends her license, she must stop working as a broker until it’s fixed.
