§ 10353 Owner Calf Vaccination Duty

• •The owner must provide the place where the calf is kept if the department asks.
• •The owner must also give help to the department during the vaccination.
• •This only applies when the department makes a request.

A farmer has a calf in his barn. The state animal health department calls and asks to use the barn to give the calf its vaccine and asks the farmer for help holding the calf.

Because the department asked, the farmer must let them use his barn and give them help with the vaccination.
