§ 21540 Riverside County Redistricting Definitions

As used in this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings: (a) “Board” means the Board of Supervisors of the County of Riverside. (b) “Commission” means the Citizens Redistricting Commission in the County of Riverside established pursuant to Section 21542. (c) “Immediate family member” means a spouse, child, in-law, parent, or sibling. (Added by Stats. 2022, Ch. 403, Sec. 1. (AB 1307) Effective January 1, 2023.)
