§ 21530 Redistricting Commission Definitions

As used in this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings: (a) “Board” means the Board of Supervisors of the County of Los Angeles. (b) “Commission” means the Citizens Redistricting Commission in the County of Los Angeles established pursuant to Section 21532. (c) “Immediate family member” means a spouse, child, in-law, parent, or sibling. (Added by Stats. 2016, Ch. 781, Sec. 1. (SB 958) Effective January 1, 2017.)
