§ 88060 Community College Personnel Commission

• •Community colleges that follow this rule must create a group called a 'personnel commission'.

• •This group then picks a 'personnel director' after at least two members are chosen.

The college must form a group of people (the personnel commission) in a certain way. Once at least two people are in the group, they can then choose a leader (the personnel director) for the group.
