§ 88060 Community College Personnel Commission

Any community college district adopting the provisions of this article in accordance with Section 88052 or 88057 of this chapter shall cause the personnel commission to be appointed in the manner prescribed in Sections 88065, 88066 and 88067. The personnel commission shall appoint the personnel director in the manner provided in Section 88084 after appointment of at least two of its members. (Enacted by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1010.)
