§ 88006 Exempt Personnel Compliance Rules

Key Takeaways

  • •Some college workers don't have to follow the usual hiring rules, but they still have to follow other important rules about their jobs.
  • •The college bosses must make sure these rules are followed by creating their own rules for it.
  • •This doesn't apply to full-time students who work at the college.

Example

A college hires a special teacher who doesn't have to go through the normal hiring process.

Even though this teacher was hired differently, they still have to follow rules like not taking bribes or doing other bad stuff at work. The college must make sure these rules are clear for everyone.
