§ 87714 Community College Faculty Qualifications

• •The boss of each community college must promise that all teachers have the right qualifications for their jobs.
• •This promise must be made in writing (an affidavit) when the board of governors asks for it.
• •The promise covers the last 12 months before it is made.

The board of governors asks the college boss to check if all teachers are qualified.

The boss must write and sign a paper saying that, for the past year, every teacher had the right qualifications for what they taught.
