§ 87678 Arbitrator Selection Deadline

If within 30 days of the receipt of the notification by the district governing board, no written confirmation of agreement of the employee and the governing board as to an arbitrator has been submitted to the secretary of the governing board for entry into its records, the governing board shall certify the matter to the Office of Administrative Hearings and request the appointment of an administrative law judge. (Amended by Stats. 1985, Ch. 324, Sec. 7.)
