§ 52460 Agricultural Education Equipment Grants

The governing board of a school district which operates an agricultural career technical education program may apply to the Superintendent of Public Instruction for an incentive grant, pursuant to this article, for the purpose of purchasing or leasing agricultural career technical education equipment.
