§ 45421 Employee Transfer After Data Center Move

A school district employee in a position not requiring certification qualifications assigned to a data processing center which is transferred to a county superintendent of schools shall, upon the election of the employee to do so, cease to be an employee of the school district upon the effective date of the agreement transferring the data processing center to the county superintendent of schools and shall thereafter be an employee of the county superintendent of schools and be paid from the county school service fund. (Added by Stats. 1977, Ch. 746.)
