§ 41936 Special Education Funding Apportionment

Amounts allowed pursuant to this article shall be apportioned by the Superintendent of Public Instruction at the same time and as a part of the special purpose apportionment made under the provisions of Section 41334, whichever is in effect. (Enacted by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1010.)
