§ 41932 School District Funding Calculation

For the 1964–1965 fiscal year and each fiscal year thereafter, the Superintendent of Public Instruction shall allow to each eligible district, for each unit of average daily attendance in the regular full-time day schools of the district during the preceding fiscal year of project-connected pupils, as project-connected pupils are defined in Section 41931, an amount equal to the foundation program of the district, any supplemental amount computed under the Education Code, less basic state aid, and state equalization aid for the preceding fiscal year, divided by the second period average daily attendance of the district for the preceding fiscal year. (Enacted by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1010.)
