§ 35705 Public Hearing Requirements

• •The county committee must hold a public meeting within 60 days after getting a petition.
• •They have to tell the main people who asked for the meeting, the leaders of the areas involved, and anyone else who wants to know at least 10 days before the meeting.
• •The meeting can be part of their regular schedule or a special one.
