§ 35513 School District Classification

For the purposes of any reference in this chapter to “districts of the same kind,” all elementary school districts are districts of the same kind, all high school districts are districts of the same kind, and all unified school districts are districts of the same kind. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1980, Ch. 1192, Sec. 2.)
