§ 22455 Employer Reporting Requirements

Key Takeaways

  • •Bosses must give any extra info about workers or their families if the board asks for it.
  • •If the boss has to send reports or info, they must do it the way the system tells them to, like online.
  • •This rule is for all bosses, including the county school boss.

Example

Your school boss gets a letter asking for details about your teacher’s retirement plan.

The boss must send all the info they ask for, and if they want it emailed, the boss has to email it.
