§ 17530 School District Lease Compliance

The governing board of a school district entering into a lease pursuant to this article shall comply with the applicable provisions of Article 4 (commencing with Section 17455). (Added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 277, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 1997. Operative January 1, 1998.)
