§ 17487 Schoolsite Definition

As used in this article, “schoolsite” means a parcel of land, or two or more contiguous parcels, which is owned by a school district. “Governing board” means the governing board of the school district which owns the schoolsite. (Added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 277, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 1997. Operative January 1, 1998.)
