§ 17194 Agent Authority Delegation

The authority may authorize any participating party to act as its agent in the performance of acts specifically approved by the authority, and all acts required under Article 3 (commencing with Section 17280) of Chapter 3 of Part 10.5. The authorizations may include, but are not necessarily limited to, all of the following: (a) The selection of school or college sites. (b) The securing of appraisals. (c) Contracts for architectural services. (d) The advertisement for construction bids and the entry into contracts for construction. (e) The purchase of furniture and equipment. (Amended by Stats. 2006, Ch. 325, Sec. 10. Effective January 1, 2007.)
