§ 17172 School Finance Authority Establishment

There is in the state government the California School Finance Authority. The authority is a public instrumentality, and the exercise by the authority of the powers conferred by this chapter is an essential public function. (Added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 277, Sec. 2.
