§ 16729 Urban School Construction Fund Expenditure

The governing board of each school district to which an apportionment has been made under this chapter shall expend the moneys in the urban school construction fund of the school district exactly as apportioned by the board and only for the purposes for which the moneys were apportioned to the district, and for no other purpose, and shall make the reports relating to the expenditure of the moneys that the board and the Controller shall require. (Added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 277, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1997. Operative January 1, 1998.)
