§ 15747 Public School Loan Fund

A fund in the State Treasury is hereby created, to be known as the Public School Building Loan Fund. All money in the Public School Building Loan Fund, including any money deposited in the fund from any source whatsoever after July 29, 1949, is hereby continuously appropriated without regard to fiscal years for expenditure pursuant to apportionments made under the provisions of this chapter. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 277, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1997. Operative January 1, 1998.)
